Rahul is an expert in dynamic analysis of tall structure and machine foundations. He has worked on a wide variety of residential, industrial and custom home projects in India, UK and USA. Rahul has also developed software in VBA, by integrating Ansys and Autocad, which automates the process of structural modeling for high rise structures. Rahul has also been conducting training sessions for engineers of Reliance Industries Ltd. to help them design and use scaffolding.

Ashish Sapre - Associate Consultant
B.Tech. (IIT Bombay), M. Tech. (IIT Bombay)
Ashish is an expert in seismic design and assessment of structures. He has worked for Asian Disaster Preparedness Center (ADPC) after the earthquake in Bhuj, Gujarat. He has also been a consultant to Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA) for assessing the structural safety of dilapidated buildings in Mumbai. Prior to this, Ashish was working with Larsen & Toubro.

Arshad Bastani
Civil Design & Management, Cornell University, NY

Arshad has established a career focusing in planning, design and engineering and as a general contractor. He is an expert in management planning, cost and schedule management, contracts and claims management. As a designer and contractor, Arshad has worked on planning and executing the construction process of buildings, roads and bridges. Additionally, Arshad has worked on projects as a design-builder successfully minimizing the project risks for the owner and reducing delivery schedule by overlapping the design and construction phase of the project.
