Rahul Agarwal (Director)
B.Tech. (IIT Bombay), M.Tech. (IIT Bombay)

Registered with BMC, MBMC


Rahul has an experience of designing a wide variety of structures including residential & commercial buildings, industrial plants, temporary structures and telecom towers. Some of his recent work includes design of nuclear power plant structures, wind & solar power plants and cargo complex for Mumbai Airport.

Apart from Indian building codes, Rahul has a comprehensive knowledge of US & Euro building codes enabling him to apply valuable international design practices to projects in India. Rahul’s other interests include design of temporary scaffolding structures. He has successfully conducted training sessions for engineers of Reliance Industries to help them design and use scaffolding. He has also designed scaffolding for Mumbai Metro project. Rahul has also served as a jury member for the CREDAI Bengal Realty Awards 2014 held at Kolkata.

Ashish Sapre (Associate)
B.Tech. (IIT Bombay), M. Tech. (IIT Bombay)


Ashish is an expert in seismic design and assessment of structures. He has worked for Asian Disaster Preparedness Center (ADPC) after the earthquake in Bhuj, Gujarat. He has also been a consultant to Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA) for assessing the structural safety of dilapidated buildings in Mumbai.

At Capstone, Ashish has also worked on the design of numerous electrical substation buildings at Dubai. Earlier Ashish was working with Larsen & Toubro’s design department in Vadodara.

Dipali Morje
B.E. Civil, Sardar Patel College of Engineering


Dipali is working with Capstone for over eight years and has been involved in the design of a large numbers of residential and commercial buildings in India and abroad. Her emphasis has been to produce safe and economical design.

She has also been actively involved with projects requiring structural & seismic assessment of existing buildings. Dipali’s other works include design of industrial sheds and guyed wind masts. Her commitment towards quality deliverables is indisputable.

Dattatray Gosavi
B.E. Civil, Solapur University


Dattatray manages the wind & solar design services at Capstone. His understanding of behaviour of steel structures is remarkable which enables him to come up with innovative structural designs. He also has extensive experience with design of Telecom towers and has designed telecom towers for VIOM Networks, Indus Towers and Reliance Communications. Prior to Capstone, Dattatray was working with Ramboll’s Energy & Telecom Division as a design engineer.

Santosh Yadav
Diploma in Civil Engineering


Santosh has about 8 years of experience in conducting various types of Non-Destructive tests. He has conducted tests for many reputed companies such as ONGC, L&T, Oberoi Group, Lodha Group, Glenmark, Lafarge, Jindal, HUL and Tata Power. He has also led NDT teams to carry out tests at project sites located outside India. He is responsible for planning and execution of NDT projects at Capstone.

Rajdev Singh
B.E. Civil (Mumbai University)


Rajdev has over 23 years of experience in detailing of structures and heads the detailing department at Capstone. He has spent a long time of his career at Petron Emirates, Dubai with his work encompassing detailing of hoppers, silos, equipment support structures, pipe racks, conveyors, furnaces and ducts. Rajdev has also worked as a fabrication shop supervisor, giving him the right mix of on-site and off-site experience, an essential for good detailing.


Dr. Alok Goyal
Professor IIT Bombay


Dr. Alok Goyal is one of the leading authorities on structural engineering in India. Apart from having numerous research publications, he is a consultant to a large number of Government organizations such as ONGC, DRDO, Indian Railways and MMRDA.

He is also consulted by the most reputed Indian companies, real estate developers and engineering consultants for his innovative and practical approach to various structural engineering problems. Dr. Goyal is also a member of the review committee for Indian Standards.
